4. Service Requests and Appointments

When requesting our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may contact you to confirm details or schedule property inspections.

If an appointment for property inspection is scheduled, you agree to ensure:

• Safe access to the property
• That all areas to be valued are accessible
• That you or an authorized representative is present during the inspection, if required

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees vary based on the type of property, location, and complexity of the valuation. A quote will be provided before services are rendered.

Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required before the valuation is conducted
• Full payment is due upon completion of the valuation report
• Reports will be released once payment has been received in full

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Henning Property Valuations or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

Valuation reports and all materials created by us remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the report for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henning Property Valuations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Our valuation reports are prepared with professional care and diligence but are expressions of professional opinion only. We do not guarantee that a valuation will enable you to achieve a specific outcome or purpose.
